The Reliability Route
An experienced analyst on your plant floor every month — for one day or as many days as your asset list needs — collecting vibration data, with lubrication available as an optional add-on, and telling you plainly what needs attention.
Most condition monitoring is sold to plants with dedicated reliability teams and six-figure budgets. That doesn't describe the majority of UK manufacturers. The Reliability Route gives you the same core discipline — regular data, expert interpretation, with optional disciplined lubrication — at a monthly cost you can plan around.
We offer vibration analysis as the core service, with precision lubrication available as an optional add-on. Analysis tells you what's degrading; lubrication is the single most common reason it's degrading in the first place. Adding lubrication to the same visit closes the loop when you choose it.

Handheld data collection is the core of the route and covers the vast majority of assets brilliantly. Where a machine is genuinely critical, hard to reach or changing fast, we can supply, install and support permanent or wireless sensors — and fold that data into the same monthly reporting. You add them when they earn their place, not because a package demanded it up front.
We work around production, not against it. Routes are planned so machines are measured under normal running conditions wherever possible.
On arrival
Site induction, a quick catch-up with your maintenance team and a review of anything that's changed since last month.
Morning
We work the route: handheld vibration data collection across bearings, motors, pumps, fans and gearboxes at agreed measurement points.
Through the day
Optional precision lubrication on the same pass — correct grease, correct volume, clean fittings, recorded every time.
As we go
Anything urgent is flagged to you on the day. You never wait for a report to hear about a serious problem.
Before we leave
A short verbal wash-up so your team knows what we saw and what's likely coming next.
Within 24 hours
Your written report lands: prioritised findings, severity, recommended actions and trend comparisons against baseline.
It isn't a one-day-fits-all service. Some plants are comfortably covered in a single day a month; larger sites with hundreds of rotating assets book several consecutive days. You decide the level of coverage — we price it honestly per day and tell you at the walk-through what's realistic.
One day a month, focused purely on the critical assets that are integral to your operation. The machines that stop production if they stop turning — nothing else on the route.
As many days a month as it takes to cover every rotating asset you want monitored. Consecutive days, split visits or a rolling route — whatever suits your production plan.
If a booked day finishes early we don't pack up. We add extra measurement points, run a lubrication survey, check secondary assets or coach your maintenance team, so every day is fully used.
If it turns, it tells us something. Here's what we typically find and prevent.
Bearing wear, looseness, misalignment, electrical fault signatures and soft foot.
Cavitation, imbalance, coupling issues and early bearing degradation.
Imbalance from build-up or erosion, bearing defects and structural resonance.
Gear mesh faults, tooth wear, shaft defects and lubrication condition.
Valve and bearing condition plus trending on load-critical assets.
Idler and drive-end bearings, belt tension effects and misalignment.
Identical service. Choose the commitment that suits you.
Committing to twelve months earns a lower day rate than month to month — the best price we offer, for plants that want a steady, trending programme through the year.
The same service with no long-term commitment, at a slightly higher day rate than the 12-month agreement.
